Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Insprii ("we", "us"). By using the Insprii app or this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Insprii.

Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

Insprii is a personal styling app. You add photos of clothes you own, and the app suggests outfits built from them. Suggestions may also include items you do not own, shown as ideas. The features on offer change as the product develops, and reasonable usage limits apply so the service stays available to everyone.

You must be at least 13, or older where your country sets a higher age for agreeing to online services (16 in parts of the EEA). By using Insprii you confirm that you meet that requirement.

You sign in using one of the methods the app offers. Insprii accounts have no password, so keeping your account secure means keeping your device and your email account secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@insprii.app if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, and deletion is permanent.

Full access requires a subscription, sold through the Apple App Store as an auto-renewing subscription. The plans on offer, their length, their price in your local currency and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. What is displayed at the moment of purchase is what applies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Where a plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Apple decides trial eligibility.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel through your App Store account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and we cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you.
• Apple handles purchases, so refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Any refund or withdrawal right your local consumer law gives you still applies.
• If a price changes, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Deleting your Insprii account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel that separately.

Do not use Insprii to:

• Upload photos you have no right to use, or photos of someone who has not agreed to be photographed.
• Upload anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes someone's rights.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Scrape the service, automate access beyond ordinary use, or resell access to it.
• Work around usage limits, the paywall, or any security measure.
• Reverse engineer or copy the app, except where that restriction is void under applicable law.
• Interfere with the service or with anyone else's use of it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Your photos and everything you write about your items stay yours. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content, including through the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, for one purpose only: running Insprii for you. It ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not use your photos to train our AI models, and we do not publish or sell your content.

The app's results are generated by AI. They can be wrong, an item can be labelled incorrectly, and an outfit suggestion is a machine's opinion about clothing rather than advice.

Judge suggestions for yourself before acting on them. Items shown that you do not own are illustrative and are not offers to sell.

The Insprii name, logo, app, website and content are ours and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app, and no right to copy, modify or redistribute it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Outages and third-party failures happen, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ITS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

Some countries do not allow these exclusions. Where that is so, they do not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from content you upload, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the law or of someone else's rights.

You may stop using Insprii at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service. Terms that should survive termination do so, including disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and governing law.

Because Insprii is distributed through the App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your licence is to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service permit.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for support, for intellectual property claims relating to the app, and for product liability and consumer protection claims.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo, and are not on any United States list of prohibited parties.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

If you believe something on Insprii infringes your copyright, email support@insprii.app with a description of the work, where the material appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We remove infringing material once verified and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Insprii means you accept the update.
